Greetings, and many Ho! Ho! Ho!s. The weather is distinctly Canadian, which makes me feel right at home. I hope you are all managing to stay warm and dry.
The big news of the week is the Christmas Pageant, which unfolds tomorrow, Sunday, during our regular 10.45am service. I think we have approximately 12 children involved, and lots of carols for us to sing, so I hope you will shovel off the snow and head in our direction tomorrow morning. Safe travels to you all!
Following the service, there is a Congregational Potluck, which are always a lot of fun. We are blessed with many talented cooks in our congregation, and I, personally, always benefit greatly from their culinary offerings!
Our Christmas Eve service starts at 7pm. And on Christmas Day, which is a Sunday this year, we will be having our regular service at 10.45am.
Safe travels, happy shovelling and shopping, and baking, and organizing… Christmas is almost upon us!
Ho! Ho! Ho!
